(Oslo, 23 March 2015) As will appear from the minutes, the general meeting inter
alia resolved to pay a dividend of NOK 3.76 per share. The dividend will be paid
to shareholders of the company as of the end of 23 March 2015 (as will appear
from VPS transcripts as of the end of 25 March 2015) and the share will
consequently trade exclusive of the right to receive dividends from and
including 24 March 2015.
