Newlook Files First Quarter 2011 Financial Statements
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/26/11 -- Newlook Industries Corp. (CNSX: NLI) ("Newlook" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed its unaudited consolidated financial statements for the three months ended March 31, 2011, along with associated management discussion and analysis and officer certifications (the "Interim Filings").
Trading in the Company's securities was suspended by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC") on May 20, 2011 as a result of a cease trade order ("CTO") issued by the Ontario Securities Commission ("OSC"). The CTO had been imposed due to the late filing of the Company's financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, the interim financial statements for the period ended March 31, 2011, and associated management discussion and analysis.
As the Company has filed all the above-noted materials, an application to the OSC for a full revocation of the CTO will be filed immediately. Upon revocation of the CTO, the Company will initiate the reinstatement review process with the CNSX in order to commence trading of its shares.
