Quorum Announces General Availability of Integrated Online Service Appointment Solution from Total Customer Connect

(TSX VENTURE: QIS) (Quorum) announced today that after intensive software development and relentless testing it is releasing an integrated online service appointment scheduling solution for all of its dealership customers. The online functionality is provided by Quorum's partner, Total Customer Connect (TCC), a premier provider of customer care software and services for automotive dealers. Quorum's DMS, XSellerator™, will feature the ability to directly receive online service appointments scheduled through Total Customer Connect's web-based system on a dealership's own website. The jointly provided functionality is immediately available for all Quorum's customers across Canada and the U.S. that are running version 4.79 or higher of XSellerator.
"Quorum and TCC worked closely to make sure that this functionality meets the expectations of today's vehicle owner to be able to schedule maintenance and repairs from their computer or mobile device and streamline their in-dealership service experience," said Shawn Rajabi, Total Customer Connect's President and CEO.
