Touax SCA has now completed its European investor meetings with respect to its
previously announced offering of ?200 million senior secured notes, and would
like to thank all participants for the strong level of interest that has been
expressed this week.
Touax has however decided to continue using available alternative lower-cost
financing options, and not to move forward with a capital markets transaction at
this time.
