Amana Announces Termination of Agreement
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/27/15 -- Amana Copper Ltd. ("Amana" or the "Company") (CSE: AMA) announces that it has terminated the letter agreement entered into during December 2014 with a company operating in Canada's MMPR sector. Amana further announces that it has received and closed a total of $99,000 in subscription proceeds from its private placement and has cancelled the remaining portion of the placement.
The Company also advises that its registered address has changed to: 130-720 King Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 3S5.
Amana continues to review various investment opportunities in pursuit of a value creating transaction to the benefit of all shareholders.
