Atlight loads as low as 1mA, the device still maintains an impressive83 percent efficiency making it an ideal solution for Li-Ion batterypowered systems. The solution supports an adjustable output voltageup to 32V and is packaged in a tiny 2mm x 2mm exposed pad MLF® withpricing starting at $0.56 for 1K quantities. Featuring an operating inputsupply range from 2.5V to 5.5V, the 2.5MHz MIC2250 is suitable forapplications powered by single cell Li-Ion battery, 3.3VDC, or 5VDCpower source.
