New important order from China for VITRONIC optical inspection systems.
(PresseBox) - Wiesbaden, March 31, 2015 ? yet another company, one of the largest manufacturers of solar cells, has opted for optical inspection systems from VITRONIC.
VINSPECsolar inspection systems from VITRONIC have repeatedly led the way in benchmark tests in terms of their technical performance, reliability, and reproducibility.
Now, another large cell manufacturer has placed an order for upgrading their production lines in China with the optical inspection systems from VITRONIC. Remodeling their production lines which will gradually be fitted with new VINSPECsolar systems throughout the year means that this cell producer meets the challenges of the future.
The latest generation of VINSPECsolar camera systems boasts a pixel resolution of up to 20µm, robust sensor unit, and differentiated classification options. With a throughput of up to 4,000 cells per hour, the inspection systems master the inspection and classification tasks required.
VINSPECsolar offers particularly impressive results in relation to the latest high-efficiency cells (double-printed, PERC, HIT, and bifacial, etc.). The stable, reliable defect detection and quality classification allows for sorting accuracies of > 99.8% and false positive rates of < 0.15 %.
