(PresseBox) - GES Electronic & Service ? a leader in high voltage connectivity ? provides Series-MC multi-pin high voltage connectors for measurement and testing applications in analysis-, laboratory- and medical technologies as well as power electronics in general.
Series-MC is available in 2- to 5-pin configuration and suitable for operating voltages of up to 10 kVDC (testing voltage 15 kVDC) at a rated current of up to 13 A. The insulation material used is POM, the robust nickel-coated aluminum-housing complies with protection class IP54 (mated condition) and is locked by a screw closure.
Series-MC can be equipped with either silver- or gold-plated 1.6 mm² solder- or crimp-contacts for AWG 26-14 (wire size 0.14-2.5 mm²). Depending on requirements both sides of the connection can be assembled either as plug or socket while the cable-side comes with EMC cable glands for clamping ranges from 5-14 mm.
