AmeraMex International Schedules Year-end Conference Call
(firmenpresse) - CHICO, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/01/15 -- (OTC PINK: AMMX), a provider of heavy equipment for logistics companies (stevedoring/shipping), infrastructure construction, logging and mining companies has rescheduled its year-end conference call for April 20, 2015 as the company's CEO will be out of the country. Year-end financials for the year ended December 31, 2014 will be reported April 13, 2015. The delay is due to the appointment of a new CFO in the fourth quarter of 2014.
A news release containing the participant dial-in number and time of the call will be disseminated two weeks prior to the call.
