Cray Names Catalin Morosanu as Vice President of EMEA Sales
(firmenpresse) - SEATTLE, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/02/15 -- Global supercomputer leader Cray Inc. (NASDAQ: CRAY) today announced the appointment of Catalin Morosanu to the position of vice president of sales for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region. With more than 17 years of sales experience in high performance computing (HPC), Morosanu will be responsible for leading Cray's expanding sales efforts in the region.

Prior to joining Cray, Morosanu served as key accounts sales director at Intel where he was responsible for Intel's enterprise business selling through some of its largest OEMs across the EMEA region. Previously, Morosanu held several EMEA sales positions at Intel, including HPC sales director, key accounts sales director, lead market development manager, HPC sales manager and HPC marketing manager. Morosanu also previously held several HPC sales and presales positions in the EMEA region for SGI.
