Carahsoft Awarded ITES Software Contract by U.S. Army
Five-Year ITES-SW Contract Supplies Commercial Software to Support Army's Enterprise Infrastructure and Infostructure Goals
(firmenpresse) - RESTON, VA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/02/15 -- , the trusted government IT solutions provider, today announced that it has been awarded an Information Technology Enterprise Solutions (ITES) Software contract by the U.S. Army.

Under this task-order contract, which has a $49 million ceiling, Carahsoft will provide the Army (CONUS and OCONUS) with access to thousands of commercial software products and related services which have obtained a full Certificate of Networthiness (CoN). The ITES-SW is currently the only Army contract to exclusively carry CoN-certified commercial software solutions.

Program & Development
The contract is being managed by the Army's Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) Directorate, in coordination with the Army Contracting Command, Rock Island, and is open to all contracting officers within the U.S. Army.
