Barisan Completes Financing
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/06/15 -- Barisan Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE: BG) The Company is pleased to announce the closing of the private placement of 4,339,997 units at $0.06 which was announced in the Company's news release of February 13, 2015. Each unit consists of one common share of the Company and one share purchase warrant at the exercise price of $0.075 per share.
The Company announces July 5, 2015 as the hold period expiry date in respect of the shares comprising the units and the shares issued upon exercise of the shares purchase warrants.
