DIRTT Announces 2015 AGM Date and Return of CFO Derek Payne
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/07/15 -- DIRTT Environmental Solutions (TSX: DRT) will hold its 2015 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 3 p.m. MT, at the Company's offices at 7303 30th Street S.E. in Calgary.
The notice of meeting, proxy cards and other shareholder materials are being mailed to all shareholders who requested print copies, and will be posted today on SEDAR and on DIRTT's website at .
Management announcement
Chief Financial Officer Derek Payne is returning to DIRTT as of April 7, 2015, from a temporary medical leave. President Scott Jenkins acted as interim CFO during his absence, which DIRTT announced on August 8, 2014.
