(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/07/15 -- Peregrine Diamonds Ltd. ("Peregrine Diamonds" or the "Company") (TSX: PGD) advises that the exercise period for its outstanding warrants issued on October 6, 2014 pursuant to completion of a rights offering and listed on the TSX under the symbol "PGD.WT" ("Warrants") expired on Monday April 6, 2015. A total of 56,457,618 Warrants were exercised at a price of $0.21 per share for proceeds of $11,856,100 to the Company.
