NW Natural Announces Dividend and Schedules Conference Call to Review Results for the Three Months Ended March 31, 2015
(firmenpresse) - PORTLAND, OR -- (Marketwired) -- 04/07/15 -- The Board of Directors of Northwest Natural Gas Company (NYSE: NWN), dba NW Natural, has declared a quarterly dividend of 46.5 cents per share on the Company's common stock.
The dividends will be paid May 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on April 30, 2015. The Company's indicated annual dividend rate is $1.86 per share.
NW Natural also announced today that it will issue its first quarter earnings release on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, for the period ended March 31, 2015.
NW Natural will conduct a conference call and webcast starting at 8 a.m. Pacific Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time) on May 5th to review the Company's financial and operating results for the first quarter.
