QRS Announces Grant of Options

(firmenpresse) - THUNDER BAY, ONTARIO -- (Marketwire) -- 07/27/11 -- QRS Capital Corp. (TSX VENTURE: QRS) (the "Company") announces that a total of 50,000 stock options to purchase common shares of the Company have been granted to a director. The options are exercisable at $0.70 per share and expire on July 27th, 2016. The grant is subject to regulatory approval.
