Earth Alive Closes Private Placement of $157,500
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwired) -- 04/10/15 -- Earth Alive Clean Technologies (CSE: EAC) ("Earth Alive") announces the closing of a non-brokered private placement, pursuant to which it issued 1,050,000 units priced at $0.15 each, for gross proceeds of $157,500. Each unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant which entitles the holder to purchase one common share, at $0.20, for a period of 24 months following the closing. All securities issued are subject to a four month hold period.
The net proceeds will be used for general working capital. In connection with the issuance, a 10% finder's fee was paid to Avenue Capital Markets.
