Western Lithium Reports on Results of Annual General and Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - RENO, NEVADA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/10/15 -- Western Lithium USA Corporation (the "Company") (TSX: WLC)(OTCQX: WLCDF) is pleased to announce that 49,001,250 common shares representing 41.07% of the total number of shares issued and outstanding were voted at its Annual General and Special Meeting held on March 30, 2015 (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, the shareholders approved both special resolutions to alter the Company's articles, appointed the auditor for the Company for the coming year and approved an amendment to the Company's employees' and directors' stock option plan.
