TGS calls for 2015 ordinary general meeting

ASKER, NORWAY (13 April 2015) - The TGS Ordinary General Meeting will be held on
6 May 2015 at Hotel Continental, Stortingsgata 24/26 in Oslo at 17:00 CET.
Registration of attendees will begin at 16:30 CET.
Notice of the Ordinary General Meeting will be sent on 14 April 2015 to all
registered shareholders per same date.
