Pinetree Capital Ltd. Announces Appointment of Interim CFO
(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/13/15 -- Pinetree Capital Ltd. ("Pinetree") (TSX: PNP)(TSX: PNP.DB) announces the resignation of Gerry Feldman, the company's Vice President Corporate Development & Chief Financial Officer, effective today. Mr. Feldman resigned in order to focus his attention on his other ventures and business interests. The board of directors thanks Mr. Feldman for his many years of dedicated service to the Company, and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
Carmelo Marrelli will be appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Marrelli is a Certified Public Accountant in Ontario and a principal of Marrelli Support Services Inc., a firm specializing in providing administration services to Canadian public companies. He also acts as CFO for several other public companies.
