Evolving Gold Closes Auction Process for Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project

(CSE: EVG)(FRANKFURT: EV7)(OTCQB: EVOGF) (the "Company") announces that the auction process for the Company's 100%-owned Rattlesnake Hills Gold Project in Wyoming, announced on March 16th, 2015, will now close 5:00 pm EST, Friday, April 17th, 2015. The Company and its management felt that the auction process would be the most transparent means by which to assess third party interest in the Company's Rattlesnake Hills Property. To that end, it has been a great success. The Company has received a number of qualified expressions of interest from mining companies with strong balance sheets, with some already engaged in due diligence reviews.
