Bob Brown Wins Trinity Pension Consultants' Raving Fan Award

The award honors a Trinity Pension Consultants' employee who goes the extra mile and thinks outside the box to streamline policies and procedures.
Anthony Warren, Principal at Trinity Pension Consultants, has every Trinity employee read the book "Raving Fans" by Ken Blanchard. The book is based on the idea that having "satisfied customers" is not good enough; employees should go the extra mile to make clients, customers and coworkers "raving fans." Each employee can nominate a peer for Trinity's highest award of distinction, and Bob is the only person to have received the Raving Fan Award twice.
"Bob truly exemplifies what being a 'raving fan' means at Trinity," Warren said. "He is always willing to exceed his clients' expectations and takes pride in what he does. He has great work ethic and dedication, and is always working to find more efficient ways of doing things."
As a Defined Benefit Compliance Specialist, Brown works on cash balance, pension plans and associated 401(k) profit sharing plans, keeping them in compliance.
"I want to learn as much and be as valuable as I can to the company," Brown said. "I was honored to be recognized as there are so many talented and hardworking people at Trinity. My goal is to pass the Enrolled Actuary exams in the next three to five years and continue providing clients and advisors with raving fan service."
