(the Company) (TSX: ENF) will hold its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders in Toronto, Ontario on May 4, 2015. The Company and Enbridge Income Fund will release 2015 first quarter financial results prior to commencing the Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders as described below.
