Wendy Peters
Wendy Peters has been an active member of the social media community in Calgary since its fledgling days in 2008. In fact, she credits her early involvement on Twitter to her previous role with Yelp Calgary. Wendy built the Yelp community in Calgary from the ground up from 2010-2013.
Wendy is also an avid explorer, traveler, volunteer and lover of delicious food and drink. She spent most of 2014 exploring 14 countries across 5 continents and has returned home to Calgary to start her own endeavour called Spirit of the Wench. It is the only Canadian-centric spirits and cocktails guide sharing tips and insight from hospitality professionals, teaching cocktail classes and highlighting trends, products and events across the country.
