Change in Distribution Policy of Guardian Balanced Income Fund and Guardian Private Wealth Equity Fund

(firmenpresse) - TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 04/17/15 -- Guardian Capital LP today announced a change in the distribution policy of each of Guardian Balanced Income Fund and Guardian Private Wealth Equity Fund. Effective immediately, Series W and Series I units of Guardian Balanced Income Fund and Guardian Private Wealth Equity Fund will distribute net income quarterly to unitholders, rather than distributing net income annually. Each Fund will continue to distribute net realized capital gains annually in December.
