CNOVA N.V. to announce Q1 2015 Financial Results on April 29, 2015
AMSTERDAM, April 17, 2015 - Cnova N.V. (Nasdaq and Euronext in Paris: CNV), one

for its first quarter ended March 31, 2015 after market close on Wednesday April
29, 2015. Cnova will host a conference call and webcast on Thursday, April 30 at
4:00 p.m. Central European Time.
