Karnalyte Resources Inc. Announces Director Changes
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/20/15 -- Karnalyte Resources Inc. ("Karnalyte" or the "Corporation") (TSX: KRN) announces that Mr. Martin Hall has resigned as a director of the Corporation, effective today, for personal reasons. The Board of Directors wishes to thank Mr. Hall for his contributions to Karnalyte.
The Corporation also announces that Mr. Thomas Pressello, the Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation, has been appointed to serve as a director of the Corporation to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Hall. Mr. Pressello has been involved in corporate and commercial finance for more than twenty years and is a graduate of the Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Most recently, Mr. Pressello has worked for his own finance advisory firm, Active Hedge Capital Inc. through which he served as an advisor and CFO for several private and public companies.
