Toromont to Hold Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on April 23, 2015

(TSX: TIH) is pleased to invite its shareholders and other interested parties to attend the Company's Annual and Special Meeting to be held at 10:00 a.m. (EST) on Thursday, April 23, 2015 in the Toscana Ballroom located in The Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Vaughan, 3201 Highway 7 West, Vaughan, Ontario, L4K 5Z7.

For those unable to attend in person, audio and slides will be available through a live webcast. The webcast will be available through a link on Toromont's website at: . Interested parties will be required to register for the session and are therefore asked to connect to the webcast approximately 15 minutes before the start time.
