(firmenpresse) - EDMONTON, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/21/15 -- EPCOR Utilities Inc. (EPCOR) is announcing the retirement of President & CEO David Stevens. Mr. Stevens will remain in his position as the Board initiates the recruitment process for his replacement.
"David has accomplished a significant amount in his tenure with EPCOR, achieving solid financial and operational results, and growth in our business. The company is as strong today as it has ever been," said EPCOR Board Chair Hugh J. Bolton. "David has been a very effective leader."
