Paris (France), April 23, 2015 -Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH; OTCQX: TCLRY)
announces the appointment of Mrs. Esther Gaide, CPA, as the new Chief Financial
Officer of the Company. Mrs. Gaide is currently Technicolor's Group Deputy
CFO and a member of the Executive Committee. She succeeds Stéphane Rougeot as
CFO with immediate effect, allowing him to fully focus on his new role as Deputy
CEO, President of the Technology Business Group.
Mrs. Gaide joined Technicolor in September 2011 after 5 years in the Havas Group
as Deputy CFO and Group Human Resources Director. Previously, she spent 12
years with the Bolloré Group where she was Group Controller and CFO of the
Logistics Divisions. Throughout her career, she has worked in Paris, London and
Los Angeles.

Corporate Controlling, and her appointment to the position of Chief Financial
