Pyng Medical Corp. Announces Grant of Stock Options
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/23/15 -- Pyng Medical Corp. (TSX VENTURE: PYT) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that on April 22, 2015 it granted a total of 310,000 options to purchase common shares of the Company to directors and officers of the Company in accordance with the Company's stock option plan dated March 18, 2005, as amended and restated on March 5, 2008 and March 31, 2011. The options will vest immediately, expire on April 22, 2019 and have an exercise price of $0.05 per common share.
The Company has determined that the exemptions from the various requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange Policies are available for the granting of these options.
