Silver Bull Reports Results of Annual General Meeting
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/24/15 -- Silver Bull Resources, Inc. (TSX: SVB)(NYSE MKT: SVBL) ("Silver Bull") is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its annual general meeting held April 23, 2015 were duly passed with an overwhelming majority.
The shareholders have re-elected the following as directors for the ensuing year:
In addition, Hein & Associates LLP was re-appointed as Silver Bull's independent registered public accounting firm.
At the conclusion of the meeting Dr. Murray Hitzman, who was not re-nominated for another term, ceased serving as a director. Silver Bull would like to thank Dr. Hitzman for his valuable input as a director of the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
