SigmaTEK Names Allan Abram as Chief Financial Officer

In this capacity Mr. Abram is responsible for directing the company's global financial operations including Accounting, Finance, Human Resource, Mergers & Acquisitions, and related activities.
Mr. Abram's background includes financial management, mergers and acquisitions, accounting and financial reporting. His expertise is drawn from more than twenty years of experience in domestic and international finances for both public and private companies.
Abram earned Bachelors of Science and MBA degrees from Miami University (Oxford, OH). His professional certifications include Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He is also an active member of Vistage International and Financial Executives International.
