New Public Relations Firm for Pro-Or: Contract Awarded to First Canadian Capital Corporation
(firmenpresse) - MONTREAL, QUEBEC -- (Marketwire) -- 07/28/11 -- RESSOURCES MINIERES PRO-OR INC. (TSX VENTURE: POI) announces the signing of an agreement with the company "First Canadian Capital" of Toronto. This agreement aims to increase the visibility of Pro-Or with private investors, institutional firms and specialized analysists.
The agreement is effective for a period of twelve (12) months and the monthly fees were set at $6,000. First Canadian Capital will be granted with 400,000 incentive options, to purchase shares at an exercise price of $0.30 per share. These options are subject to the restrictions of the policy 4.4 of the TSX Venture Exchange.
