Greenscape Capital Group Inc. ("Greenscape") is pleased to announce that the marketing and corporate development programs announced in May for Canopy Airport Parking ("Canopy") have begun to show significant dividends in increased occupancy rates at the facility.
Throughout the month of July, on average, in excess of 2000 paid customers per day are using the facility. Notably, the most significant rate of growth has been generated in the covered parking portion of the facility, which is the highest margin component of the business. Canopy will continue to invest in innovative marketing and customer acquisition strategies to drive increases in occupancy and build awareness for its green attributes, convenience and superior service.
With the flagship Denver green parking facility now in a fast growing phase of operations, Greenscape is evaluating additional business opportunities to add to shareholder value both in the green parking business and in other industries within which increased energy efficiency can increase profitability.
