Golar LNG Partners LP First Quarter 2015 Cash Distribution

Golar LNG Partners LP (NASDAQ: GMLP) announced today that its board of directors
has declared a quarterly cash distribution with respect to the quarter ended
March 31, 2015 of $0.5775 per unit. This represents an increase of $0.015 per
unit, or approximately 2.7%, from the fourth quarter 2014 distribution and is
related to the acquisition of the FSRU Golar Eskimo, in respect of which a
distribution increase was also made for the fourth quarter of 2014.
This cash distribution will be paid on May 14, 2015 to all unitholders of record
as of the close of business on May 7, 2015.
