A complete system for zirconium oxide restorations
(PresseBox) - With the VITA YZ system, VITA Zahnfabrik introduces a complete system by bringing together a full range of zirconia blanks with block and disc geometries for a wide variety of indications. VITA YZ HT (= highly translucent) and VITA YZ T (= translucent), along with matching system components for reliable shade reproduction, provide dental technicians with optimal solutions for precise fabrication of high-strength frameworks and fully anatomical bridge restorations from a single source.
With its high translucency, VITA YZ HT is best suited for the efficient fabrication of monolithic bridge restorations, which are recommended for cases with restricted space - the manufacturer has approved an occlusal wall thickness reduced to 0.5 mm - or as a cost-effective, esthetic alternative to NPM and partially-veneered metal ceramic. VITA YZ HT discs are available non-colored or precolored in the shades 1M2, 2M2 and 3M2 in the VITA SYSTEM 3D-MASTER and in the VITA classical A1 - D4 shade system in A1, A2 und A3. The non-colored blanks can be individually colored with the matching VITA YZ HT SHADE LIQUIDs. The VITA YZ T assortment, which lends itself in particular to framework structures, is similarly organized and includes VITA YZ T COLORING LIQUIDs for coloring. Characterization and individualized veneering and partial veneering are possible for both material solutions with VITA AKZENT Plus stains and VITA VM 9 veneering ceramic.
The complete VITA YZ system stands for a wide variety of solution options and ease of processing. Users benefit from the excellent CAD/CAM processing capability, precise sintering results thanks to batch-specific determination of the enlargement factor and years of clinical experience with VITA zirconium oxide.
