Notification according to chapter 9, section 5 of the Securities Market Act: D-
sijoitus oy demerger, ownership in Cargotec to transfer to Pivosto Oy
Cargotec Corporation has on April 30, 2015 received a notification from D-
sijoitus oy (Business ID 1948057-7) referred to in Securities Market Act
according to which D-sijoitus oy has on April 30, 2015 signed a demerger
agreement. Following the completion of the demerger the Cargotec shares owned by
D-sijoitus oy, a company controlled by Ilona Herlin, will transfer to a newly
established company Pivosto Oy.
The registration of the demerger is planned to take place on August 31, 2015.
Following the demerger Ilona Herlin's ownership in Cargotec Corporation via the
new Pivosto Oy will be 10.54% of the shares and 22.15% of the votes.
