(the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: GEG) is pleased to announce that it has filed articles of amendment to change its name to "Inventus Mining Corp.", effective as of today. The Company will commence trading under its new name on the TSX Venture Exchange at the open on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 under the new stock symbol "IVS".
