ROODMICROTEC - INFORMATION MEETING 13 May

As already announced in the press release on the first 2014 figures published on
30 April, RoodMicrotec will hold an information meeting for shareholders,
bondholders and other interested parties on 13 May.
In this meeting, we will look back on 2014 and discuss developments in the first
quarter of 2015.
In addition, important trends and developments will be discussed as well as the
new markets in which RoodMicrotec is active.
Previously, RoodMicrotec was a testhouse that worked for Integrated Device
Manufacturers (IDMs), which would subcontract testing and other activities in
the event of lack of capacity. As a result, RoodMicrotec supplied largely ad-hoc
individual services without any coherence. Now, we are increasingly offering
integrated services in the form of a complete product for the entire lifetime of
the product/chip. In this way, we will contribute more actively to new product
development (co-creating and collaborating), which will result in recurring
sales and in long-term projects that yield more stable, predictable and less
cyclic sales. Our current customers are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs),
and many Fabless Companies (FCs),
We will also introduce our new CTO Martin Sallenhag (see also:

The following matters are therefore on the agenda:
1. Opening by Vic Tee, supervisory director of RoodMicrotec.
2. Introduction and vision/views on the future of Martin Sallenhag.
3. Review of 2014 and first quarter of 2015, as well as outlook.
4. Presentation by Alistair Banham, market expert of the semiconductor industry
with professional experience in senior management with Philips, On
Semiconductor and Wolfson Microelectronics. Mr Banham will discuss recent
industry developments, market opportunities and RoodMicrotec's market
positioning.
5. Opportunity for questions and discussion.
6. Close by the chairman.
The programme is as follows.

5:30pm : close, followed by drinks and nibbles.
