Geneva, 5 Mai 2015 - In order to meet the constantly changing needs of its
private and institutional clients, the SYZ Swiss banking group is expanding its
range of services and now offers strategic advisory services to companies. SYZ
has entered into a partnership agreement with Schwyz-based investment banking
boutique Rausch Partners, which specialises in corporate finance, capital
restructuring and mergers & acquisitions.
As investors' needs change, a modern wealth management bank must adopt a 360°
vision of its clients' assets and business requirements. The proposed range of
services addresses every situation that private clients owning an industrial
business might face, such as debt restructuring, market financing solutions,
mergers & acquisitions, sales, IPOs and business recovery.
Rausch Partners is an independent company based in Pfäffikon (in the canton of
Schwyz) that provides corporate advisory and direct investment services. The
