Crawford GTS® Further Bolsters Adjusting Team
ATLANTA (May 5, 2015) - Crawford & Company® (NYSE: CRDA; CRDB), the world's

Alejandro Glaentzlin has re-joined Crawford Global Technical Services® (GTS®)
as an international executive general adjuster. He is based in the Company's
Mexico City office. GTS is Crawford's definitive global offering for major and
complex incident claims handling.

Glaentzlin has 20 years' experience as an engineer and as a claims adjuster
working in Venezuela and Argentina. Prior to joining GTS, Glaentzlin was a loss
adjuster with Associated Loss Adjusters C.A., for seven years in Caracas, where
he specialized in insurance policies of Industrial All Risk, Machinery
Breakdown, Fire-catastrophic events and Business Interruption. Prior to that he
had been a loss adjuster for engineering claims and losses with Crawford.
Glaentzlin has degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad
Metropolitana and currently is enrolled in postgraduate studies at the
Universidad Central de Venezuela.
