PFB Corporation Announces Election of Directors
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/15 -- PFB Corporation ("PFB" or the "Corporation") (TSX: PFB) announces that the nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 30, 2015, were elected as directors of the Corporation at the annual meeting of shareholders held on May 7, 2015.
All of the nominees proposed by management were elected by a majority of the votes cast by shareholders present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The voting results were as follows:
The final voting results on all matters voted upon at the Annual Meeting of Shareholders held on May 8, 2015, will be filed on SEDAR.
