Viper Announces Officer Resignation and Appointment
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/15 -- Viper Gold Ltd. ("Viper" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: VPR.H) is pleased to announce that the Company has appointed Mr. David Stadnyk, currently a director, to serve as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Stadnyk has extensive public company experience in senior management, corporate business development and corporate finance roles. In addition, he has been a founder, director and executive officer of numerous public companies.
The Company also wishes to announce the resignation of Mr. Paul C. Davis as President and Chief Executive Officer; Mr. Davis will remain a director of Viper. On behalf of Viper, the management and board of directors wishes to thank Mr. Davis for his contributions and dedication to the Company over the last five years.
