Black Diamond Group Limited Announces Approval of All Resolutions at its 2015 Annual and Special Meeting
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/08/15 -- Black Diamond Group Limited ("Black Diamond") (TSX: BDI), a leading provider of workforce accommodation and modular workspace solutions, today announced the voting results from its annual and special meeting of shareholders held on May 7, 2015. A total of 26,518,171 common shares, representing approximately 65% of Black Diamond's issued and outstanding shares, were represented in person or by proxy at the meeting.
The following nominees were elected as directors of Black Diamond for the ensuing year, with the specific voting results being as follows:
In addition, all other resolutions presented at the meeting were approved by Black Diamond's shareholders including: the appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditors, the approval of the adoption of a by-law respecting advance notice for the nomination of directors, the approval of all unallocated options under the Company's share option plan, the approval of the issuance of common shares from treasury pursuant to the Company's restricted and performance award incentive plan and the approval of the adoption of a shareholder protection rights plan of the Company.
