Altius Confirms No Material Change

JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND AND LABRADOR -- (Marketwired) -- 05/11/15 -- Altius Minerals Corporation ("Altius") (TSX: ALS) (the "Company"), at the request of IIROC on behalf of the TSX, wishes to confirm that its management is not aware of any corporate development or undisclosed material change to the Company or its operations that would account for the recent increase in market activity. Altius successfully closed an acquisition of Callinan Royalties Inc. on May 5th, 2015, increasing both the revenue scale and commodity diversity of its royalty portfolio. It also continues to pursue additional opportunities to acquire further royalty interests and to assemble lands for its Project Generation business while resource markets remain cyclically depressed.
