Priviti Oil & Gas Opportunities Limited Partnership 2013 Announces Change in Portfolio Manager
(firmenpresse) - CALGARY, ALBERTA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/12/15 -- Priviti Capital Corporation, the Investment Fund Manager for Priviti Oil & Gas Opportunities Limited Partnership 2013 ("POGO 2013" or "the Fund"), announces a portfolio manager change for POGO 2013.
Effective July 16, 2015, Priviti Capital Corporation is scheduled to become portfolio manager for POGO 2013 replacing Cypress Capital Management Ltd. ("Cypress Capital"). The change in portfolio manager is consistent with prior Priviti funds in that once the Fund is fully invested the portfolio management reverts back to Priviti Capital Corporation. Priviti Capital Corporation maintains an excellent relationship with Cypress Capital. There will be no change to the investment objective of POGO 2013 as a result of the portfolio manager change.
