The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of DOCDATA N.V., held this afternoon
12 May 2015, has approved all proposals of the Management Board and the
Supervisory Board.
During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, 3,920,920 shares were
represented of the 6,930,000 shares DOCDATA N.V. entitled to the vote,
representing an attendance of 56.58%. For the voting ratio for each of the
