Investment Is First Expansion to Well-Known Retail Outlets

The acquisition will add Outdoor Solutions, Inc.'s product Skeeter Defeater Mosquito Defense Unit to FEMO Group's family of companies and will be managed by Infinite Outdoor Solutions.
The purchase of Outdoor Solutions, Inc. and its product Skeeter Defeater will allow Infinite Outdoor Solutions to expand to the retail market for the first time. It will also make its mosquito control solutions more accessible to a larger audience. Skeeter Defeater, a low-maintenance and low-cost mosquito control solution, will retain its name and will continue to be sold at well-known brick and mortar and online retail outlets, like Ace Hardware, Amazon.com, walmart.com and homedepot.com. Skeeter Defeater is a portable, low-maintenance, and low-cost mosquito control solution, which covers up to 300 square feet and kills mosquitos on contact. It's ideal for use in multiple environments, including backyards, campgrounds, RV parks, or any other outdoor environment and costs $79.95 per unit. The Skeeter Defeater, which looks like a lantern, has a built in Dusk/Dawn sensor to automatically release a low toxic pesticide called perythrin when mosquitos are most likely to feed. The perythrin, which is derived from the chrysanthemum flower, is sprayed for four seconds twice a day. The pesticide breaks down within two hours. It also comes with a remote control for anytime use.
