Minco Silver Divests Equity Position in Gold Road Resources Limited
(firmenpresse) - VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 05/13/15 -- Minco Silver Corporation (the "Company" or "Minco Silver") (TSX: MSV)(OTCQX: MISVF)(WKN: A0ESX5) announces that it has sold 22,000,000 common shares of Gold Road Resources Limited ("Gold Road"), an Australian publically listed mining exploration company, for net proceeds of Canadian $8,100,000 resulting in a realized gain of approximately Canadian $1,700,000. Following the sale, the Company continues to own 17,066,106 shares of Gold Road (representing approximately 2.9% ownership interest).
The investment in Gold Road was made for investment purposes. The Company may otherwise determine to increase or decrease its investment in Gold Road depending on market conditions and any other relevant factors.
